I'll then individually approach those recruiters to identify who could be the right fit for your business. This will be via a combination of Phone, LinkedIn, and Email (no spammy bulk send messages - everything is tailored).
As mentioned, this is tailored to each individual that I approach. I have a large LinkedIn and CRM database of recruiters that I have built over 8 years in the rec2rec sector.
Because of my large network of connections, it's quite easy for me to gain referrals, grow further connections, and quickly identify new people for roles.
As mentioned on the "Candidate" page, there are no pushy sales tactics to try and make a placement. I am open and honest with candidates about opportunities, so the people presented to you for interviews will have shown a genuine interest in your business.

During that process, your company name/details will only be revealed once I have identified that they could be a good fit. I'll ensure that your agency is presented in the best possible way.
Have you had candidates turn up for an interview not knowing anything about your business? That won't happen. I will check that all candidates have done their research on your business.
I offer both Retained and Contingency search options, and I can talk you through both options.
I introduced retained search in 2022, and it has proved to be the best option for my clients and me, as everyone is bought into the process. It also works out as a more cost-effective way for you to hire, with additional rebate terms (just in case) included as standard.
I only take on a small number of jobs per month to maintain standards in being able to service each client properly.
To present the role and business in the best possible way, I will need to take a thorough brief from you. This will include the following:
