My Background
After several years in retail management, I "fell into recruitment" - where have we heard that before!!
I have spent time in small/medium-sized agencies, and also spent a few years as a Recruiter and Billing Manager in a corporate agency. So I guess you can say I've seen quite a few different aspects of agency life.
Back in 2017, when I set up Rec2Rec Solutions, it surprised me how many different options there are for recruiters. Trust me, not every agency is the same.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the world of work has changed significantly. I now only work with agencies that offer hybrid or fully remote roles.
I pride myself on being completely honest and transparent when you work with me.
I have worked remotely for the last 8 years, covering roles across the UK. Thankfully, I have had Doug to keep me sane during that time. "Insert office dog pic :-)"
