I take candidate care seriously as I understand how important your recruitment career is to you.

We've all been there, it's time to move on.  

There can be many reasons for looking to make a new move: 

Poor Management, Lack of Development, Earning Potential, No Flexible Working, Wrong Sector, Too Many KPI's, or you just need a new challenge.

As a Recruiter, it can be difficult to make discreet enquiries about new opportunities on your own to find the right move. That's where I can help. See "The Process" below.

100% Confidentiality

You are in charge of where your details are sent.

  • Our conversations are 100% confidential.  
  • Your profile/CV won't be sent to any companies until I have your express permission that you are interested in them and you are happy for me to represent you.

Honesty

From you and me.

  • I'll give you an honest overview of opportunities with client companies.
  • No pushy sales tactics, getting you into the right long-term environment is my priority.
  • I expect an honest opinion from you in regards to interviews/companies - If something isn't right for you, not a problem, I'll find you something else.

Support Throughout The Process and Beyond.

It's not just about making a fee.

  • I'll support throughout the interview process with clear interview feedback (good & bad!).
  • I can help you with the sometimes tricky moment of your resignation.
  • Ongoing support during those key first few months in your new role to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

The Process

Below is an overview of the process I take candidates through - This may vary depending on whether you are applying for a "live role" or if I am conducting a "new client search" for you.

Initial Conversation

This could be via phone, video call, or in person.  

Establish your current situation, reason for looking, discuss your next steps, and talk through current opportunities that might suit you.

Prepare Your Profile/CV

Following our call, I'll put together all the information to create a profile for you.

You may need to provide additional information at this moment, such as billing figure history, if you didn't have it on the initial call.

Information on "Live Roles"

If you had expressed interest in a current role and your experience matches what they are looking for, I will send you all the information needed.

We will then have a follow-up call to discuss further and confirm that you want to be put forward for the role.

Bespoke Search

If I don't have any live roles of interest for you, I will then do a bespoke search of opportunities in the market based on what you have told me you are looking for.

This will then involve calls between us to discuss opportunities I have identified to check your interest in them.

With new clients/bespoke searches, I will always do due diligence on the companies to check financial stability and reputation.

Profile Submission & Interview Process

Once it's been agreed what roles you want to be put forward for, I will guide you through the interview process and provide you with detailed interview feedback.

Detailed and timely interview feedback is also expected from you, so I can feed back to the client.

In the event of an offer, I will manage the process with you in terms of resignation, offer letters, start dates, and making sure everything is organised for your 1st day in your new role. 

Ongoing Support

Once you start in your new role, I don't just run off into the sunset with my fee!!

I will have regular check-ins with you to make sure you are settling in well to your new environment/role.
