Normally when you start a new recruitment role you would probably have either no clients or only a few to work with straight away. This opportunity is very different.

The business is looking to grow significantly this year anyway but due to a member of the current team going on maternity leave, you will inherit half of their desk/client base to get you started (This desk billed over £170k last year).

So, you will have an existing client base and live roles that you can get stuck in to right away and then you can start to build your own client base on top of that. You will have a good mixture of clients and roles to fill, everything from Administrators, PA's, Customer Service roles, HR, and Accountancy.
